• Payment data: when you purchase credits, payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of a completed payment and the amount; we do not collect or store your full card number, card security code, or bank credentials.
• Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its AI generation and deployment features.
• To apply and account for prepaid credits and process top-ups.

• Authentication & wallets (account sign-in and embedded wallet infrastructure);
• Payment & on-ramp/off-ramp providers (to process credit top-ups and settlements; these providers apply their own privacy policies and, for card payments, perform their own identity verification);
• Cloud hosting, database, and blockchain infrastructure providers (to host the Service and read on-chain data);
• AI model providers (to generate content from your prompts).

We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect our rights and the safety of users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Blockchain Data

The Service interacts with public blockchains. Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on a blockchain are public, permanent, and outside our control. Please consider this before transacting.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
